VX-FK assembly adhesive

Ventomaxx installation sealing adhesive for airtight and windtight bonding and sealing of external wall penetrations, for creating a diffusion-tight installation of external wall penetrations to the masonry. The film adhesive does not become brittle, but remains permanently plasto-elastic after drying.

Ventomaxx VX-FK can also be used for bonding and sealing between vapour retarders or vapour barriers to masonry in accordance with DIN 4108-7 / SIA 180. The good initial adhesion is particularly noteworthy.

When used as a sealant for sensitive substrates, the sealant can then be coated with plaster.

Ventomaxx VX-FK adheres even to difficult substrates such as polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP) or polyamide (PA), fibre fleece and many types of rubber. Naturally, the film adhesive also adheres excellently to wood, wood-based materials, stone, concrete, masonry, plaster, ceramics, thermosets and thermoplastics, metals, etc.

Thanks to this immediate adhesion to almost all absorbent substrates commonly used in construction, countless other sealing bonds and special jobs can also be realised!

The film adhesive is solvent-free (VOC-free), highly resistant to ageing and moisture. Thanks to its almost pH-neutral setting, the adhesive does not accelerate corrosion. Ventomaxx VX-FK is freeze-resistant down to -30°C and can withstand cold winter nights in the assembly vehicle without damage.
