Outcome of the first hearing on 28/06/2023 Ventomaxx v Airoluxx before the Regional Court of Munich I
In the matter of Ventomaxx GmbH ./. Airoluxx GmbH
Dear customers,
We are currently taking legal action against Airoluxx GmbH before the Munich I Regional Court. The first hearing took place today.
According to the preliminary opinion of the court, there is an indirect patent infringement for a certain part of the product portfolio. We will continue the legal proceedings and look forward to the main hearing in February 2024.
