Integrated exterior wall ventilation with heat recovery; modular design in round plastic model (DN150 mm); in mounting solutions LAL 50; has a tested nominal length of 300 mm; is pre-assembled at the factory according to dimensional requirements; for sound insulation requirements up to 47 dB (Dn,e,w) weighted standard sound level difference; tested at ift-Rosenheim.
The components (construction set, system support unit and cover) can be ordered separately. Installation can therefore be adapted to the construction progress at any time.
3 central control units (ZS-PLUS PRO, ZS-SMART, ZS-TOUCH) are available to cover a wide range of applications.
For the facade side, termination in the reveal, we recommend using the FA-LAx 37 aluminium cover in natural or white or, on request, in RAL/NCS special paint.

Installation situation LAL 50 - concealed within the reveal

The LAL 50 mounting solutions guarantee perfect installation of your decentralised heat recovery units with horizontal routing in terms of building physics. The flat duct is warped to the side in the insulation layer. The air intake takes place in the window reveal.
The factory pre-assembled and two-dimensionally adjustable construction set (RS-LAL 50) can be integrated within a 200 mm tapping hole completely free of thermal bridges.

SYSTEM SUPPORT UNIT AND Z-IQ COVER

The system support unit consists of a Ventomax high-performance ceramic heat exchanger. These are closed-cell and heat/sound insulated.
The second component of the system support unit is the EC fan unit, characterised by a quiet, energy-saving fan with an extremely quiet switching process.
The Z-IQ cover can be selected as the inside cover. It is fully thermally insulated and has an air outlet roller on the ceiling side with adjustable airflow routing. The filter can be changed and cleaned without tools.

LAL V50 – with angled routing downwards

The WRG MAKANI R – LAL V50 is concealed within the reveal. This means that the ventilation duct is installed at an angle downwards within the insulation layer. This reduces the axial dimensions by up to 50% compared to the horizontal LAL design. The position of the ventilator next to the window (viewed from inside the room) determines the installation side of the duct (left or right). This installation solution is ideal if a high level of sound Insulation is to be realised for large front windows and narrow wall areas next to windows/doors. The termination is flush with the reveal. The condensate drain is already integrated at the duct outlet.

LAF3 VU – with vertical routing downwards, angled

The WRG MAKANI R – LAF3 VU is installed freely in the wall. The ventilation duct is installed vertically downwards within the insulation layer and angled. The air inlet/outlet is located on the facade side next to the window. This installation solution is used to achieve a narrow and discreet design in the facade.

The WRG MAKANI R reveal vent is concealed within the reveal. The position of the ventilator next to the window (viewed from the inside) determines the installation side of the duct (left or right). This design also offers ideal solutions for floor to ceiling windows. The termination is flush with the reveal. The condensate drain is already integrated at the duct outlet.
