Integrated external wall ventilator with heat recovery; modular design in round plastic version (DN150 mm); in LAL 50 mounting version; has a tested nominal length of 300 mm; is pre-assembled at the factory according to dimensional requirements; for sound insulation requirements up to 69 dB (Dn,e,w) weighted standard sound level difference; tested at ift-Rosenheim.
The components (construction sets, system support and cover) can be ordered separately. Installation can therefore be adapted to the construction progress at any time.
3 central control units (ZS-PLUS, ZS-SMART, ZS-TOUCH) are available to cover a wide range of applications.
For the facade side, termination in the reveal, we recommend using the FA-LAx 37 aluminium cover in natural or white or, on request, in special RAL/NCS paint finish.

In detail

Mounting version LAL 50 - concealed within the reveal

The LAL 50 installation version guarantees perfect installation of your decentralised heat recovery units in terms of building physics with horizontal distortion. The flat duct is warped to the side in the insulation layer. The air intake takes place in the window reveal.
The factory prefabricated and two-dimensionally adjustable construction set (RS-LAL 50) can be integrated completely without thermal bridges within a 200 mm construction opening.

Sound-insulating ventilators with heat recovery and particularly high protection against external noise are ideal for living rooms and bedrooms, hotels, offices, etc.

System Carrier and Z-PLUS Cover

The system carrier consists of a Ventomax high-performance ceramic heat exchanger. These are closed-cell and heat/sound insulated.
The second component of the system carrier is the EC fan unit, characterised by a quiet, energy-saving fan with an extremely quiet switching process.
The Z-PLUS cover can be selected as the room-side cover. It is fully thermally insulated and has an air outlet roller on the ceiling side with adjustable air guidance. The filter can be changed and cleaned without tools.

LAL V50 – with angled downward projection

The WRG MAKANI R – LAL V50 is concealed within the reveal. This means that the ventilation duct is installed at an angle downwards within the insulation layer. This reduces the axial dimensions by up to 50% compared to the horizontal LAL design. The ventilator position next to the window (room-side view) determines the installation side of the duct (left or right). This installation solution is ideal when a high level of sound insulation is required for large front windows and narrow walls. The condensate drain is already integrated at the duct outlet.

LAF3 VU – with vertical downdraught, angled

The WRG MAKANI R – LAF3 VU is installed freely in the wall. The ventilation duct is guided vertically downwards within the insulation layer and angled. The air inlet/outlet is located on the facade side next to the window. This installation solution is used to achieve a narrow and discreet design in the Facade.

The WRG MAKANI R reveal ventilator is concealed within the reveal. The position of the ventilator next to the window (room-side view) determines the installation side of the duct (left or right). This design also offers ideal solutions for floor-to-ceiling windows. The condensate drain is already integrated at the duct outlet.
