With 254 rooms and 110 flats, the modern new hotel complex with its proximity to Stuttgart airport and trade fair grounds offers leisure and business travellers stylish short and long-term stays away from home. Two structures were built perpendicular to the street and are modelled on existing design hotels of the niu Group.

The ventilation concept was realised using the Ventomaxx AIR CONTROL series as a reveal variant. The decentralised supply/exhaust air concept with passive downstream elements was discreetly integrated into the facade while complying with sound insulation requirements of up to 53/65 dB in accordance with DIN 4109.
