The new “Untere Himmelreichstraße” residential complex was built in the immediate vicinity of the existing student residences and just 2 km from the Deggendorf Institute of Technology. The apartment complex, consisting of 61 residential units (including bathroom and kitchen), parking spaces and common rooms, was built predominantly in timber construction and clad with a rear-ventilated facade. The ventilation concept was realised using the Ventomaxx AIR CONTROL SMART series. The fans were installed invisibly behind the timber facade as a LAW variant.
