In accounting, I am responsible for many different areas. There never is a boring moment and you have something different to do every day. In addition to payables and booking incoming invoices and checking account statements, I am busy booking outgoing orders and sending invoices on a daily basis. I also take on the monthly communication with the tax office for the preparation of the wages and the preparation of the expense reports of my colleagues in sales.

For me, being part of the Ventomaxx team means being valued, developing personally and professionally, having fun at work, having the opportunity to train myself and to work with great people.

Research and development

Laura Schmidbaur

The development team works in close cooperation with product management and production. Laura not only coordinates the respective projects in the department, but also handles the interaction between production and technology. Andreas and Hari act as project managers for their development projects. The members are deployed in (self) determined key roles and the colleagues provide support at the given point.

Development primarily takes care of the new product developments and progress in the projects. Construction is also carried out and the data for the machines in production are prepared. The initial sampling and series production are controlled and carried out or are accompanied by us.
The approvals and measurements are scheduled and monitored by the respective project team. Regular updates to sales and management are mastered through sprint meetings.

In addition to the pure development work, the pre-selection of suppliers, preparation of offers and documentation also falls within our area of ​​responsibility. Sales and technology are supported with drawings and models as well as technical training.

The attraction of working in development at Ventomaxx is that we are deployed according to our interests and abilities, one working day is never like another and we have a colorful playground of opportunities.

Productmanagement

Andrea Heuser

In product management, we focus on the “user-product relationship”. What does this mean? We accompany the product over its “life cycle”. Its technical properties, the accompanying information and documents as well as its benefits for the user are always compared with the current requirements of the application area of ​​the market environment – as well as the different customer requirements. Information on this is available from various areas such as technical support, our field service and also order processing and direct customer feedback. This information is then incorporated into the formulation of changed or new product requirements.
In product management, we prepare the data and provide figures-based decision-making bases for management and interfacing departments. These can be used as a basis for investments and long-term strategies. Linked to this is the consideration of the market environment and the time and sales targets set as well as the means and budget to achieve them. If we have a “business case”, we come back into play when it comes to launching the “go-to-market” of new or modified products. This is the creative part that is especially fun. How do we highlight the benefits for our customers in a particularly simple and clear manner? What “tools” does our sales team need? How and where do we reach potential customers in the shortest possible time? There are many exciting challenges!
The department is still young and we continue to grow with different, very talented characters. For me, diversity is a key to success!

Production

Kathrin Loichinger

In production we are a growing team of currently 10 employees. We handle the tasks from goods receipt with incoming goods inspection to dispatch. State-of-the-art milling and punching technology is available for the manufacturing of in-house or made-to-measure products.

Every ventilation system that leaves Ventomaxx goes through our hands and is precisely checked in terms of quality and quantity, picked and dispatched centrally – unless our customers pick up the goods directly from us, which is also possible.

We are the heart of the company and as such we are in contact with all internal departments and sometimes with the customer. For me, this makes the work particularly exciting and varied.

Warehouse management and inventory booking are our interfaces to the purchasing department. We support the development department in particular with test stands and prototype construction. Contact with the customer is provided through the integration of customer service. Daily contact with the back office takes place through orders and mostly tailor-made production orders.
The daily collection of the picked goods is coordinated with the logistics department.

Sometimes it’s hectic, but everyone in the team can rely on the other, that motivates me every day. I am very happy to be part of the “BEAT” that sets the heartbeat of Ventomaxx.
