At Ventomaxx GmbH in Landshut, employees are traditionally given a gift at the annual Christmas party to thank them for their hard work. But what is normal these days? That is what the 50-strong workforce at Ventomaxx thought this year and decided by a unanimous majority to forego the annual company Christmas present in favour of a donation to the St. Vinzenz children’s home in Landshut. At the same time, Ventomaxx employees have also launched a fundraising campaign to support the children’s home from their private pockets “The past year was a great challenge in many respects. For all of us. The worries about the future have left their mark on us. However, it is all the more important now to think about the people who are struggling with completely different issues. It is a matter close to our hearts to help here,” says Christoph Hensel, Managing Director of Ventomaxx GmbH.
