Redensification of a housing estate with 6 newly built multi-family houses as a supplement to 9 existing buildings in a factory estate built in the 1950s by the Wedel textile manufacturer Wieschebrink for its workers at the time. Usable living space was carried out up under the sloping roofs extending over 2 floors.
