BALNEO EX - AC

With the powerful modular BALNEO EX® series, internal, windowless rooms, especially wet rooms, can be ventilated efficiently and effectively.

MODULAR SYSTEM FOR INDIVIDUALITY
The modular system of the BALNEO EX® series offers a wide range of options for individual room ventilation. Depending on the module and combination, the system can be configured with a run-on, humidity and/or multi-stage control system. Further requirements, such as fire protection or a second room connection, can be met with the appropriate flush-mounted or surface-mounted installation.

Housing with and without fire protection

The BALNEO EX® single-pipe ventilator is designed for flush-mounted or surface-mounted installation and is available in various materials and designs: ABS plastic and EPS (without fire protection) or as a high-quality fibre silicate with certified fire protection suitability.

Fan motor

The universal fan units in AC and EC versions can be used for all variants of the BALNEO EX®. In combination with the modular single-stage or multi-stage control modules, the single-pipe fan is customised to your personal requirements.
The range of functions of the exhaust fan depends on the variant of the modular control unit used.

The devices are IPX5 tested (protected against water jets). They also comply with protection class II and Directive 89/336/EEC.

Control unit

The range of functions of the BALNEO EX® is determined by the selection of the plug-in control electronics. If requirements change, the control electronics can be exchanged at any time and replaced by another variant.

Flush- / surface-mounted housing with and without fire protection

Flush-mounted housing U (UL/UR) with fire protection

Flush-mounted housing type U for bathrooms and WCs made of 15 mm A1 calcium silicate fire protection panels 95 mm flat housing with plaster protection cover. Variable installation depth, as no fixed connection to the fan façade is required. The UL/UR versions offer the option of a secondary connection.

Flush-mounted housing U/BU with integrated fire damper

Flush-mounted housing type U/BU for bathrooms, WCs and kitchens; with self-locking fire protection device, made of 15mm A1 calcium silicate fire protection boards (fire class A1); with plaster lid; additional fire protection device consisting of a stainless steel bracket with double spring and 72°C fusible link as release mechanism.

Surface-mounted housing A without fire protection

Type A surface-mounted housing for bathrooms and WCs that do not have any fire protection requirements for the ventilation unit. Extra-flat surface-mounted housing made of ABS plastic (fire class B2) with plaster lid. The installation depth is variable, as no fixed connection to the ventilator façade is required.
