The new BaseCamp in Kampstraße in the heart of Dortmund is a new building project with a hybrid mix of student flats, commercial units and restaurants. The seven-storey residential complex offers 430 flats, some with their own kitchenette or shared kitchens, which are used jointly by 8-12 residential units.
