In the popular Prenzlauer Berg neighbourhood and in the immediate vicinity of the Velodrom and Volkspark Friedrichshain, this ensemble of buildings with 357 flats of various sizes was built. The straightforward architectural design combines functionality and aesthetics under one roof. Standard and customised versions of the Ventomaxx AIR CONTROL, AIR CONTROL FLAT and SILENT COMFORT series were installed to suit the complex installation situations, especially in the loggia and balcony areas. Despite some long flat duct dimensions, an air flow rate of up to 40m³ and sound insulation values of up to 65 dB were achieved.
