Expansion of a housing estate with 6 newly built apartment blocks as an addition to 9 existing buildings on a factory estate built in the 1950s by the Wedel textile manufacturer Wieschebrink for his workers at the time. The extension with living space was carried out entirely under the pitched roofs, which extend over 2 storeys.
