A residential complex with 52 residential units was built on the site of the former Johanneskolleg in Munich-Schwabing. The focus was on a functional and simple facade design. Due to the location of the building, special attention had to be paid to the external noise situation (busy road). Ventomaxx fresh air inlets from the AIR CONTROL series were installed, taking into account the sound insulation requirements and invisible integration into external walls.
