Residential complex LIVING ISAR

Giesing (Munich)

The planned LIVING ISAR residential project, a clod-like complex consisting of several apartment buildings including an underground car park, day-care centres and two commercial units, was built directly on the Isarauen, on the former OSRAM company site and less than 400 m from the river. The individually tailored 1-5 room flats are characterised by an open and free living concept. A decentralised supply/extract air concept with passive secondary air flow elements from the AIR CONTROL series was integrated as a reveal variant for invisible integration into the facade and with sound insulation values of up to 63 dB.
