Z-WRG RONDO IQ | Z38

Integrated external wall ventilator with heat recovery; modular design in round plastic version (DN 150 mm); in LAW installation version; has a tested nominal length of 380 mm; is pre-assembled at the factory to the respective wall thickness; for sound insulation requirements up to 41 dB (Dn,e,w) weighted standard sound level difference; tested at ift-Rosenheim.

Both components (the final assembly set and the construction sets ring module set) can be ordered separately. This means that installation can be adapted to the construction progress at any time.

For the Facade cover, you can choose from various designs to suit your property. The FA-LAW-K is very popular. This is available in natural and white or, on request, in a special RAL/NCS paint finish.

LAW installation situation - straight through the wall

The LAW version is installed straight through the wall. The air inlet/outlet is positioned freely in the facade.
For the Facade cover, choose the right version for your property from a range of different versions.

For the Facade cover, select the right one for your property from a range of different versions. One example is the FA-LAW-K. This is available in natural and white or, on request, in a special RAL/NCS paint finish.

Ceramic heat exchanger

Ventomaxx heat exchangers are considered unique in terms of air hygiene due to their insulation-free design and can be cleaned without wear. Inspection and filter changes on the entire heat recovery system are particularly user-friendly and can be carried out without tools.

IQ DESIGN Cover

Room-side IQ DESIGN cover, rectangular, made of impact-resistant ABS plastic, for surface or flush mounting, with adjustable air guide and quick-mounting revision, filter change without tools, smallest dimension 200 x 200 mm

Facade cover

We recommend the FA-LAW-K in a high-quality stainless steel design (V2A) and with the smallest dimensions as a Facade cover. The base plate has an integrated condensate guide and is fitted with a sponge rubber seal at the factory. The result is a homogeneous appearance on the wall.
The FA-LAW-K is available in natural or white or, on request, in RAL/NCS colours.

Air exchange in its most "discreet" form

Maximum air volume flow paired with state-of-the-art control. The devices in the WRG RONDO IQ series fulfil high architectural requirements with their very compact dimensions and the clear, reduced form of the IQ DESIGN panel on the room side. The intelligent control system has been designed for flush-mounted installation and is ideally suited for ventilation concepts spanning multiple rooms, both in residential buildings and in public areas. The control system can easily be upgraded to “touch operation” (from 2022).

Final assembly set

The final assembly set consists of a Ventomaxx high-performance ceramic heat exchanger. These are designed to be closed-cell, insulation-free and therefore absolutely VOC-free. They are therefore considered unique in terms of air hygiene and can be cleaned permanently and wear-free, even by machine.

The second component of the final assembly set is the digital fan unit, characterised by a quiet, energy-saving EC fan with integrated sound insulation.

The IQ DESIGN panel on the room side is thermally insulated; the air flow can be mechanically adjusted in 3 stages. The filter can be changed without tools.

LAL V50 – with angled downward projection

The WRG RONDO IQ LAL V50 is concealed within the reveal. This means that the ventilation duct is installed at an angle downwards within the insulation layer. This reduces the axial dimensions by up to 50% compared to the horizontal LAL design. The ventilator position next to the window (room-side view) determines the installation side of the duct (left or right). This installation solution is ideal if a high level of sound insulation is to be realised for large front windows and narrow wall areas next to windows/doors. The termination is flush with the reveal. The condensate drain is already integrated at the duct outlet.

LAF3 VU – with vertical downdraught, angled

The WRG RONDO IQ LAF3 VU is installed freely in the wall. The ventilation duct is guided vertically downwards within the insulation layer and angled. The air inlet/outlet is located on the facade side next to the window. This installation solution is used to achieve a narrow and discreet design in the Facade.

LAL 50 – concealed within the reveal

The WRG RONDO IQ reveal ventilator is concealed within the reveal. The position of the ventilator next to the window (room-side view) determines the installation side of the duct (left or right). This design also offers ideal solutions for floor-to-ceiling windows. The termination is flush with the reveal. The condensate drain is already integrated at the duct outlet.
