Right in the heart of Munich on Gebsattelberg, directly on the upper Au, this elegant new-build complex with 46 rental flats and a retail unit was created following the demolition of an existing building. The modern building is characterised by a radiant white grid facade, glazed loggias and a green roof.
The ventilation concept was implemented using the Ventomaxx AIR CONTROL series, with the fans installed in the soffit. The short wall panes in combination with high sound insulation requirements posed a particular challenge.
