The striking and innovative external facade characterises the new business apartment complex with restaurants and supermarkets in Munich-Neuperlach. The 50-metre-high high-rise complex with 607 serviced flats and its outbuildings is architecturally impressive with its round window openings with casement shutters and an attractive inner courtyard facade with loggias. Ventomaxx fresh air diffusers from the AIR CONTROL series were innovatively integrated into the round window concept, adapted to the highest sound insulation requirements and taking into account possible draughts in high-rise buildings.
